Financial and Insurance
Laxer, Long and Savage offers a variety of financial arrangements for payment of services rendered. Payment in full is requested, and both Visa and MasterCard are accepted. CareCredit, a no interest payment plan, and Dental Banc, an electronic drafting system, are also available. As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance coverage, we will be happy to file your claim through our electronic claims system. Please provide us with your current insurance information on or before your first visit. If restorative dental work is needed, we request that any necessary co-payment be paid at the time services are rendered. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will try to inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Please ask a member of our staff if you have any financial questions, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.
